Holdbloom Privacy PolicyEffective date: October 20, 2026Holdbloom (holdbloom.com) is a planned protein and strength coaching app. It is operated by Jake Jagielski, an individual based in the United States. This site is currently a waitlist page. Here, "we" and "us" mean Holdbloom.What we collect- Your email address, when you join the waitlist.
- Ad and campaign tags (UTM parameters) from the link you clicked, such as which ad or site sent you.
- Basic technical data collected automatically, such as browser, device, pages viewed, and approximate location.
- Optional extras (if offered): survey answers you choose to give, and payment details if you choose to place a refundable $1 deposit. Stripe processes payments; we never see your full card number.Please do not send us health information. We don't ask for medical details, medications, or measurements, so please don't include them in forms, surveys, or emails.Why we use it- To keep you on the waitlist and email you when Holdbloom launches, including any founding-member offer.
- To learn which ads bring people to the page, so we can decide whether to build the product.
- To reply to messages and handle deposits or refunds.Who processes itThese service providers help run the site:- Carrd: hosts the website and signup form.
- MailerLite: stores waitlist emails and sends our emails.
- Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok: ad measurement pixels.
- Analytics (Plausible or Google Analytics): site traffic statistics.
- Tally: optional survey.
- Stripe: optional deposit payments.Each follows its own privacy policy. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.Cookies and pixelsWe may use cookies and pixels (small pieces of code) from Meta, TikTok, and our analytics tool to see which ads lead to signups. You can unsubscribe anytime using the link in every email.Keeping and deleting your dataWe keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above. If Holdbloom doesn't launch within 12 months of your signup, we'll delete your waitlist data. To have your data deleted sooner, email [email protected].ChildrenThis site is not for anyone under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
